Scan the QR code with any reader to get started. Then, find the game or event you want to place a bet on. Once you’ve made your selections and entered how much you want to wager, your custom QR code will be generated, which you can then scan at the betting counter with one of the Sports. It follows the opening of sports betting at the Buffalo Creek Casino in Buffalo a few days earlier. The Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino is expected to open soon.

What are the hours of operation of the Sports Lounge?

Where are the Sports Lounges located?

All Sports Lounges are located on the Gaming Floor at each property.

When can bets be placed?

Bets can be placed at the betting counter with a Sports Lounge Ticket Writer during Sports Lounge operating hours. You may also place a bet at one of our self-service kiosks 24 hours a day.

Are cash and credit accepted at the Sports Lounge?

Sports wagers may only be placed with cash.

How can I cash out a winning ticket?

You can cash out a winning ticket at the betting counter within the Sports Lounge during operating hours. You can also cash out a winning ticket at the Cashier’s Cage 24 hours a day.

What is the minimum bet I can make at the Sports Lounge?

The minimum wager amount you can place at the Sports Lounge is $1.

Am I able to bet on horse racing at the Sports Lounges at Seneca Resorts & Casinos?

You are not able to bet on horse racing at the Sports Lounges.

How many teams can I bet on a parlay?

A parlay wager may include up to 12 teams at the self-service kiosk and up to nine teams at the betting counters in the Sports Lounge.

DraftKings Sportsbook

Bar and restaurant temporarily closed. Limited menu of favorite DraftKings foods now being served at The Vine. Alcohol service is available while you are seated and eating. No food or beverage may be taken onto the casino floor.

The Bet Slip Builder is a website that lets you choose your bet selections before walking up to a window. Build your bets in advance and the site will create a QR code for you to show at one of our betting windows for a quick and easy transaction!

Guests will enter and exit through The Vine Showroom. No food or beverage will be allowed in the Sportsbook, but guests will have a chance to place bets. The fist ring of seating on the first floor will be opened up and boxed off for groups to sit and eat to watch the game.
